Refunds and cancelling

Cancel the monthly plan in one click

Open Account and choose Cancel subscription. That is all: you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again. You can undo it before then with Keep my subscription.

Full refund within 14 days

If Pro is not for you, you get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, on either plan. Open Account and choose Withdraw from your purchase here, or email support@modeldrill.com. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days, and Pro ends straight away.

After 14 days

Monthly: cancel any time and you are not charged again; we do not refund part of a month. Lifetime: no refund after 14 days, except where the law requires one.
